Celebrated speaker, author, writer and Member of Parliament Dr. Shashi Tharoor met with former President Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday to exchange views on India-Sri Lanka relations and broader regional cooperation. Dr. Tharoor was in Colombo as the Chief Guest at the Colombo Literary Festival.
