ROCTEC Global Public Company Limited (ROCTEC) has been awarded a five-star, or ‘Excellent’, rating in the 2025 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR), conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) with support from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The achievement marks a major leap for ROCTEC, which advanced from a three-star rating last year to the highest possible level this year.
The recognition reflects the company’s strong commitment to transparency, accountability and adherence to international standards of good corporate governance, ensuring responsibility toward all stakeholders.
